摘要: 目的：探讨乳腺癌化疗后引起脂肪肝的诊断与治疗方法。方法：11例病人均接受乳腺癌根治术和术后常规化疗，根据患者的临床表现、肝功能检查与肝脏B超检查确诊。结果：化疗后半年、1年、2年分别有5例、6例、9例病人提示为脂肪肝。结论：化疗药物可以导致肝脏的脂肪变性，发展为脂肪肝。肿瘤科医生应意识到脂肪肝的危害性，及早做出诊断及必要的处理。
