【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腺癌患者的社会支持和应对方式。 方法 对32例乳腺癌患者和29名健康成人女性采用社会支持评定量表和特质应对方式问卷，从不同婚姻状况、文化程度等方面对社会支持、应对方式进行评定分析。 结果 已婚乳腺癌患者主观支持分值低于已婚健康女性，差异有显著性（P<0.05）；未婚乳腺癌患者消极应对分高于未婚健康女性，差异有显著性（P<0.05）；大学以上文化程度乳腺癌患者的客观支持分、主观支持分及社会总支持分均低于同文化程度健康女性，差异有显著性（P<0.05）。 结论 乳腺癌患者的主观支持较差，尤以已婚乳腺癌患者明显；大学以上文化程度的乳腺癌患者主、客观社会支持均差；未婚乳腺癌患者常采用消极应对方式。

Social support and coping style in patients with breast cancer

【Abstract】 objective To explore social support and coping style in patients with breast cancer. Methods 32 patients with breast cancer and 29 normal controls were evaluated by Social Supporting Rating Scale and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire Scale，and the results of two groups were compared. Results The patients with breast cancer got significantly lower scores of positive coping style than the control group（P<0.05）；married breast cancer group got significantly lower scores of positive coping style than married control group（P<0.05）, unmarried breast cancer group got significantly higher scores of negative coping style than unmarried control group（P<0.05）.
