【摘要】 目的 了解乳腺癌患者的社会支持状况。方法 应用肖水源“社会支持评定量表”，对106例乳腺癌患者所获得的社会支持进行了调查分析。结果 老年组乳腺癌患者客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度及社会支持总分均低于非老年组（P<0.05或P<0.01）；在婚乳腺癌患者主观支持得分低于未婚、离异或丧偶者 (P<0.05)，在婚乳腺癌患者客观支持及社会支持总分高于未婚、离异或丧偶者 (P<0.01)；大专以上文化程度乳腺癌患者客观支持、主观支持及对支持的利用度得分均低于中专以下患者(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌患者的社会支持状况不容乐观，应重视社会支持以帮助患者适应疾病过程，提高生存质量。
