摘要:综述了近年来有关肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的抗癌机制,单独、联合用药和基因疗法的初步效果,以及化学修饰和基因定位突变对TNF的增效减毒作用。强调应特别重视TNF可能产生的负面效应。
