摘要：目的：在Paparizov等制备方法的基础上进行改良，提取猪胎脑活素。方法：采用新鲜猪胎脑，经酸碱水解、反复酶解、超滤等方法精制而成。结果：猪胎脑活素注射液含有多种氨基酸、多肽、乙酰胆碱及神经生长因子，经测定游离氨基酸含量为30.9mg／ml，小肽含量为30mg／ml，总氮量为4.72～5.74mg／ml。结论：此方法工艺简单，来源丰富，提取率高。

The Preparation of Embryonic Pig Cerebrolysin Injection

Abstract：To extract cerebrolysin from embryonic pig brain by using Paparizov's metbod.Methods:The fresh embryonic pig brain was hydrolized by acid and alkali,and by enzymolysis,ultrafiltering.Results:The cerebrolysin injection contained many Kinds of amino acids,polypeptide,acetylcholine and nervous growth factor,the average off free amino acid was 30.9 mg／ml,and the contents of the small molecule peptide was 30mg／ml,amount of total nitrogen 4.72～5.74mg／ml.Conclusion:The results showed that the metbod was very simple,showing high extraction rate.
