摘要:拓扑异构酶控制、维持和修饰DNA拓扑结构。拓扑异构酶抑制剂通过作用于拓扑异构酶,对很多肿瘤发挥抑制活性。论述了拓扑异构酶抑制剂的作用机理、杀伤肿瘤细胞的机制及耐药性问题。
