摘要：目的：考察不同浓度的透皮吸收促进剂对低分子肝素钠透皮吸收的影响。方法：采用大鼠离体皮肤和自制体外释放透皮装置试验。结果：5％的N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮作为透皮吸收促进剂是适当的。结论：该品中低分子肝素的透皮为零级动力学过程。
Study on the Transdermal Absorption of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Gel

Abstract：To observe the effect of transdermic absorption enhancer of different concentrations on the transdermic absorption of low molecular weight heparin sodium.Methods:We carried out the trial by using separated skin of rats and in vitro release transdermic instrument made by ourselves.Results:As a transdermic absorption enhancer 5％ NMP is appropriate.Conclusion:The skin penetration of LMWH is zerograde kinetics.
