摘要:目的:考察不同浓度的透皮吸收促进剂对低分子肝素钠透皮吸收的影响。方法:采用大鼠离体皮肤和自制体外释放透皮装置试验。结果:5%的N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮作为透皮吸收促进剂是适当的。结论:该品中低分子肝素的透皮为零级动力学过程。

Study on the Transdermal Absorption of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Gel

Abstract:To observe the effect of transdermic absorption enhancer of different concentrations on the transdermic absorption of low molecular weight heparin sodium.Methods:We carried out the trial by using separated skin of rats and in vitro release transdermic instrument made by ourselves.Results:As a transdermic absorption enhancer 5% NMP is appropriate.Conclusion:The skin penetration of LMWH is zerograde kinetics.
