牛黄解毒片的X衍射付里叶图谱分析研究

牛黄解毒片具有清热解毒之功效,为常用中成药并远销国外。按中国药典一部(1995年版)[1]所列处方及工艺,不同厂家如采用相同来源药材并按药典处方比例与工艺条件控制生产,由粉末X衍射所得牛黄解毒片的X衍射付里叶图谱的图形几何拓扑规律与特征标记峰应一致[2];若出现差异,则源于药材、处方、工艺之控制。

1材料与实验

21批牛黄解毒片(1#~21#)市售品经中国药品生物制品检定所依1995年版中国药典方法检验,均符合规定。对21批样品经粉碎研磨并过100目筛后供X衍射实验用。日本理学Rigaku D/max-RC粉末X射线衍射仪,实验条件为:CuKα辐射,石墨单色器,2θ范围3~70°,扫描速度8(°)*min-1,步长0.02°,共获得21批样品的粉末X衍射图(图1)。
