方法:对21例间隔房室旁路的电生理特性和射频导管消融方法进行分析和探讨。
结果:21条间隔房室旁路一次消融成功20条,成功率95%。1例左后间隔房室旁路术中出现一过性完全性房室传导阻滞,数分钟后恢复正常。1例右中间隔房室旁路术后1个月出现Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞,余无并发症发生。全部病例随访3~20个月,停用一切抗心律失常药物,均无心动过速发作。
结论:RFCA是阻断间隔房室旁路安全有效的方法。
Radiofrequency catheter Ablation of Septal Accessory Pathways(Abstract)

objective: Results of radiofrequency ablation of 21 patients with septal accessory pathway were analyzed in order to improve the success rate and decrease complications.
Methods: the electrophysiologic features and the radiofrequency ablation methodology of21 cases of septal accessory pathways were analyzed.
Results: twenty accessory pathways were ablated successfully in the first attempt, success rate was 95%; all accessory pathways were interrupted within 10 seconds. short term complete atrioventricular block occurred in one patient, Ⅰ° atrioventricular block after ablation occurred in another patient, no other complication occurred. Within a follow-up of 4 to 20 months, all patients including the unsuccessful one were free from tachycardia recurrence without any antiarrhythmic medication.
Conclusion: radiofrequency catheter ablation is a safe and effective method for the therapy of septal accessory pathway.
