碘海醇清除率——一种新的测定肾小球滤过率的方法

摘要:目的验证新的测定肾小球滤过率(GFR)的方法——碘海醇清除率作为判断GFR的临床意义。方法对19例不同肾功能的患者同时进行99mTc-DTPA清除率及碘海醇清除率的测定,以99mTc-DTPA清除率为标准方法,对两组结果进行相关分析。血、尿标本中碘海醇的测定采用X-射线荧光分析法。结果碘海醇清除率与99mTc-DTPA清除率有高度相关性(r=0.98)。结论碘海醇清除率是一种较安全、可靠、无放射性的测定GFR的方法。

Clearance of iohexol——a new method to determine GFR

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility whether clearance of iohexol can be a reliable,sensitive and safe method for the determination of GFR.Methods The GFR of 19 patients with different renal functions were examined using clearance of 99m Tc-DTPA and clearance of iohexol.Then the correlation of them was analyzed.Serum and urinary iohexol was determined by X-ray fluorescence analysis.Results These two methods were significantly correlated (r= 0.98 ).Conclusion Clearance of iohexol is a safe,confident,no-radioactivity method for the clinical practice of GFR determination.
