应用时,将指示卡置于30 W紫外线灯下方中央垂直1 m处,照射1 min。随后,崐在相同位置用紫外线强度计测定其辐照度值。指示卡在照射后,用光密度计测定已变色的光敏色块的光密度值,并将其与所测辐照度值绘制相关线图。
此外,观察指示卡变色色块,经紫外线照射后,颜色深度是否与相应标准色块者相符。
2 结果
以指示卡光密度值(OD)对强度计检测紫外线辐照度值(lem)作图。在4单位检测结果,指示卡光密度值均随紫外线辐照度值增加而呈线性增加。在301医院,紫外线辐照度值为120~250 μW/cm 2 ,两者线性相关系数为0.9106,斜率为0.001(图1)。在302医院,紫外线辐照度值为50~170 μW/cm 2 ,两者线性相关系数为0.9377,斜率为0.002(图2)。在304医院,紫外线辐照度值为25~220 μW/cm 2 ,两者线性相关系数为0.9670,斜率为0.001(图3)。在军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所,紫外线辐照度值为50~120 μW/cm 2 ,两者线性相关系数为0.9951,斜率为0.002(图4)。同时观察到,凡紫外线辐照度值≥ 70 μW/cm 2 或≥ 100 μW/cm 2 时,指示卡显色均与相应标准色一致或略深。
3 结语
上述斜率(0.001~0.002)表明,指示卡的感光灵敏度良好,即对各灯测得的光密度值与紫外线辐照度值均基本相对应。观察紫外线辐照度值≥ 70 μW/cm 2 或≥ 100 μW/cm 2 时指示卡显色,均与相应标准色一致或略深于标准色,故该卡所表达的紫外线辐照度值是可信的。

EXAMINATION OF APPLIED EFFICACY OF ULTRAVIOLET INTENSITY CHEMICAL INDICATOR

Abstract
The Ultraviolet Intensity Chemical Indicator is prepared by coating the card with polymer sensitive to ultraviolet C wave-range and dye, which are used as photosensitive material, and printing standard colors developed at radiation intensities of 70 μW/cm 2 and 100 μW/cm 2 on it.
Its efficacy on use in 4 institutions was observed. The results showed that the OD value of the indicator increased with increasing ultraviolet radiation intensity in a linear manner with a slope of 0.001~0.002. When the ultraviolet radiation intensity ≥ 70 μW/cm 2 or ≥ 100 μW/cm 2 , the color of the indicator developed conformed to or slightly deeper than the corresponding standard color.
