摘要本文就膝关节前交叉韧带附着部位、运动状态及其损伤后检查等作一综述。Lachmann试验对前交叉韧带损伤诊断有重要临床诊断价值。利用自身材料(如髌腱、股薄肌腱、半腱肌肌腱)转移重建前交叉韧带，手术时间应在伤后4～8周内进行，并提出以这些组织结构修复前交叉韧带出现的弊端，以及以髂胫束作为替代物的可能性。
