摘要：泛肽通路的成分包括泛肽、泛肽激活酶、泛肽交联酶、泛肽连接酶和proteasome复合体等。泛肽通路是真核生物选择性降解胞内非正常蛋白质的一种主要途径。一些细胞凋亡过程中有泛肽、泛肽-蛋白质结合物的聚集。proteaosome复合体的结构、功能变化常常发生在程序性细胞死亡的细胞中。p53、bcl-2和ICE等基因对细胞凋亡的调控也与泛肽-proteaosome通路有关。基金项目：国家自然科学基金资助项目 No 39870382参考文献：
