细胞外基质在大鼠胚胎心脏的时相性分布

摘要:采用酶免疫组织化学法检测ECM及其受体β1在胎龄11至19天胚鼠心脏中的表达,结果显示ECM中FN、LMN、Vn及受体β1均于ED11起在胚鼠心脏存在表达,但其表达高峰及在流出道、心内膜垫、心室肌及室间隔中表达持续时间各不相同,CoIV在胚胎各期均为阴性表达,提示不同的ECM在胚胎心脏的不同部位有着不同的时相性表达规律,ECM(主要是FN与LMN)及其受体p,在胚胎心脏的发生发育中起着一定的介导作用。

The temporal expression pattern of extracellar matrix in rat embryonic heart

Abstract:Serial sections of rat embryonic hearts on different embryonic days (from ED11 to ED19) were studied by enzymoimmunohistochemical staining with antibodies against extracellar matrixes(ECMs) and their receptor intergrin β1(β1). It showed that the expressions of some ECMs such as Fibronectin (FN), Laminin(LVN), Vimentin (Vn) and β1 expressed at ED11, however their highest levels and remaining timing of expression in outflow, endocardial cushion, myocardium of ventricle and interventricular septum are quite different. Another ECM collagen IV(CoIV) expressed negatively in embryonic heart sinc.e ED11. It suggested that different ECMs had different temporal expression patterns indifferent locations of the embryonic heart, simultaneously ECM (mainly FN and lN) and ECM receptor β1 play a certain mediation role on the development of embryonic heart.
