X-ray Anatomical Research of Image of Tear Strains

Abstract：The arc image under tear strain is regarded as the superimposed image of column bone which lies in the anterior inferior part of acetabular notch. The lateral foot of tear strain is an superimposed image formed by the acetabular notch extending to anterior superior lilac spine. Medial foot is a superimposed image formed by the pelvis surface bone cortex which opposites the corresponding part of outer foot. The result shows that each of them have remarkable sex difference. The male data are all higher than female ones, the width of tear strains has something to do with the thickness of the anterior inferior part of acetabular notch and has nothing to do with the thickness of the bottom of acetabular notch.
