The Development of synapse of Purkinje Cell Layer of Cerebellar Cortex in Chinese Fetus

Abstract:The development of synapse of Purkinje cell layer of cerebellar cortex in Chinese Human Fetus at fetal age of the week 19,21.26 and 34 are observed by ultrathin section technique. axo-dendritic, axo-spine-spine, axo-dendro-dendritic, dendro-dendritic, somato-somatic, spine-somatic synapse, dendro-dendro-dendritic serial synapse and dendro-axo-dendritic crest synapse can be seen by electron microscopy. There apperar a lot of Gray Ⅱ type and one Gray Ⅰ type.
