摘要：目的探索与掌握LRH组织学改变的特点及规律。方法显微镜下观察95例LRH的组织结构、核分裂、大细胞及浆细胞等的变化。采用SPSS软件进行统计处理。结果滤泡增多、滤泡外淋巴组织增生是LRH中最常见的淋巴结组织学结构紊乱，占65.2％。LRH中滤泡外淋巴组织内核分裂象比较常见，一个高倍视野核分裂象1～3个的出现率达54.7％(52／95)，但均是正常核分裂，滤泡内核分裂与滤泡外核分裂有轻度相关，相关系数为r=0.302，P＜0.01。95例LRH，浆细胞出现较多者42例，约占44.2％，大细胞增生的15例，约占15.8％。结论掌握LRH组织学改变的特点，对其诊断和鉴别诊断具有十分重要的意义。

Significance of Mitotic Figures in Differential Diagnosis of Reactive Lymphoid Hyperplasia

Abstract：Objective To study the histopathological characteristics of reactive lymphoid hyperplasia in lymph nodes． Methods Karyokinesis，large cells，plasma cell and structural changes were observed in 95 cases of lymphnode reactive hyperplasia．SPSS software was used for statistic analyses． Results Hyperplasia of the follicles and proliferation of other lymphoid tissues of outside follicles are the most common changes(65.2％)．Mitosis was easily seen in the lymphoid tissues of outside follicles，1-3／HPF(54.7％)．Tnere was a relationship in the number of mitotic figures between follicles and other lymphoid tissues(r=0.302；P＜0.01)．Plasma cells were observed in 42 of 95 cases and the large cells appeared at l5.8％cases． Conclusion Recognition of the histologic features is crucial to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of reactive lymphoid hyperplasia．
