摘要：目的 探讨IgG、C3在莱姆病皮肤慢性游走性红斑病变中的分布和表达。方法 应用微波免疫组化S-P法检测了9例莱姆病和临床疑诊为莱姆病患者的皮肤慢性游走性红斑病变组织，观察病变组织中IgG和C3的表达并与正常人皮肤组织对照。结果 研究发现IgG和C3阳性表达的强度以及分布范围在病变组织角质层和颗粒层较显著。4例莱姆病患者血清学检查、病变组织硝酸银染色、IgG、C3免疫组化染色结果均呈阳性。结论 IgG、C3在莱姆病皮肤慢性游走性红班病变中的表达与慢性游走性红班的形成相关。

Expression of IgG and C3 in skin lesions of erythema chromicum migrans in Lyme' s disease

Abstract：Object To study the expression and distribution of IgG and C3 in skin lesions of erythema chromicum migrans in Lyme's disease. Method Nine bioptic skin specimens of clinically diagnosed and suspected Lyme's disease were examined with the S-P method of immunohistochemical staining to detect the presence of IgG and C3. Four specimens of normal skin were used as controls. Result IgG and C3 were positively stained in all the specimens examined. Conclusion Formation of ery-thema chromicum migrans is associated with the expression of IgG and C3.
