干细胞因子信号传导的研究进展

摘要:干细胞因子(stem cell factor,SCF)通过与其受体c-kit结合发挥生物学作用。本文综述了JAK/STAT家族的JAK2、STAT1、STAT3、STAT5,Src家族的Lyn、Fyn、Lck在SCF信号传导的2条重要途径中的作用。

Advance in signal transduction of stem cell factor

Abstract:Stem cell factor fulfills its biological function through c-kit,which belongs to receptor tyrosine kinase.The article summarizes the function of members of JAK/STAT (JAK2、STAT1、STAT3、STAT5) and members of Src(Lyn、Fyn、Lck) in signal transduction of stem cell factor.
