摘要：目的：研究抗乙肝转移因子特异免疫活性测定方法。方法：采用小鼠脾淋巴细胞经抗乙肝转移因子体外致敏，再与HBsAg接触而产生白细胞粘附抑制反应。结果：抗乙肝转移因子与普通转移因子相比，使未粘附白细胞显著增多(P＜0.01)，未粘附抑制指数达82％。结论：此法可作为一种检测抗乙肝转移因子特异免疫活性的实用方法。

Determination of the Specific Immunological Activity of Anti-HBV TF for Injection by Mouse Leucocyte Adhesion Inhibition Test

Abstract：To study the method of determination of the specific immunological activity in anti-HBV TF injection.Methods:Leucocyte adhesion inhibition test was used.The mouse spleen lymphocyte was sensilized by anti-HBV TF in vitro,and then HBsAg was added to evoke leucocyte adhesion reaction.Results:The ratio of non-adhesion leucocyte increased significantly when compared with the normal TF group(P＜0.01),and the non-adhesion inhibition index(NAI)achieved 82％.Concluslion:The method can be used as a practical method to determine the specific immunological activity in anti-HBV TF injection.
