Effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on Serum Interleukin-2 in Mice
Attacked by D-galactosamine and Lipopolysaccharide

Abstract:Effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) in model mice with hepatic injury was observed. Mouse model was set up by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactosamine and Lipopolysaccharide, and serun IL-2 was detected by radiommunoassay.The results showed that Huanglian Jiedu Decoction at the concentrations of 2.5kg/L and 1.25kg/L increased the level of IL-2. It is concluded that Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can elevate the level of IL-2 produced by T lymphocytes.

黄连解毒汤为《外台秘要》引崔氏方，由黄连、黄柏、黄芩、栀子4味药组成，被视为清热解毒剂的代表方，适用于多种急、慢性炎症。目前认为炎症的发生与炎性细胞因子的释放有密切的关系，作者先前的研究表明黄连解毒汤可降低脂多糖合D-氨基半乳糖(D-galactosamine,D-GALN)动物血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平［1］，显示了黄连解毒汤的免疫抑制作用。本研究继续观察黄连解毒汤对白细胞介素2(IL-2)的影响。
